Potato and Onion Bake

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
Salt and pepper
1 cup chicken broth

First, you will Preheat your oven to 350F.
Grease a shallow 6-cup baking dish.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft and golden brown, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in rosemary.
Arrange one-third of the potatoes in prepared pan. Top with one-third of the onions and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat the layers twice, ending with onions. Pour the broth over the top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
